By installing or playing Recorded Fear you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older. The game contains horror themes, sudden loud sounds, and flashing effects. Do not play if flashing lights or sudden scares could harm you.
Play safely
You are responsible for your surroundings. Keep the lights on, watch your step, and never play while walking near roads, driving, or in a place that is private, unsafe or off limits. Use Outdoor mode only in a safe open area.
Your account
An account is optional. Keep your login details private and give us accurate information. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account).
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the game, or use cheats or tools that disrupt it.
- Do not record or share people in the game view without their consent.
- Do not use the game to scare or harm someone who has not agreed to it.
Content and ownership
The game, its story, art and code belong to Recorded Fear or its licensors. Sound credits are listed in the app. You own the videos you record. If you share them, you are responsible for what they show.
No guarantee
The game is provided as is. We try to keep it working but do not promise it will be error free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss caused by how you use the game or where you play it.
Changes and ending use
We may update the game or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
